Brian brings a people-first approach to Rockline's client and community relationships — grounded in clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to helping others reach their goals.

As Business Development Associate, Brian supports Rockline's growth initiatives and helps the firm build meaningful relationships with clients, prospective clients, and the community. Before joining Rockline, Brian was a Health and Physical Education teacher and coach — experience that shaped his relationship-based leadership style and his ability to listen closely and bring out the best in the people around him. Earlier in his career, he worked at Curtiss-Wright as a First-Class Lead Naval Nuclear Valve Technician, upholding rigorous quality and safety standards in a highly technical, detail-driven environment. Brian played football at Long Island University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education, and later completed a master's in Sport Management at SUNY Cortland.

Brian lives on Long Island with his wife, Taylor. In his free time, he enjoys golf, coaching sports, and spending time with his family.
