Gabriel Gallante
As Founder, CEO, and CCO, Gabriel sets the firm's direction and is responsible for analyzing client objectives, determining strategic and tactical asset allocation, and reviewing client outcomes — always with the commitment to placing their interests first.
Before co-founding Rockline Wealth Management, Gabriel spent his career as a Vice President at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he developed the fundamental investment knowledge and client-first philosophy that shapes the firm today. His focus on delivering an impactful level of service and his commitment to intellectual growth made him a partner in one of Wells Fargo's leading wealth management practices before he left to build Rockline.
Gabriel has been named to the Forbes list of Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and to the Forbes Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisors list in 2019, 2022, and 2023. Under his leadership, Rockline Wealth Management has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Gabriel was invited to join the Forbes Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), a group of entrepreneurs age 45 and younger, and he has qualified as a member of LPL Financial's Chairman's Council — a recognition based on annual production given to fewer than 1% of LPL's more than 21,000 financial professionals.
Gabriel graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Organizational Management, where he competed on the Gettysburg football team.
Giving back to the community is a priority. Gabriel serves on the board of the Suffolk County PAL, where he supports the organization's work with young people across Long Island.
Gabriel lives on Long Island with his wife, Alison. Together, they enjoy time with family, exploring local restaurants, and relaxing by the pool. Outside the office, Gabriel has trained in Shotokan Karate for more than fifteen years.
The Forbes rankings of Best-in-State Wealth Advisors and Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, are based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative data, rating thousands of wealth advisors born in or after 1980. Advisors are interviewed by telephone and in person to evaluate service models, investing process, experience levels, and integrity.
Additional factors considered include compliance record, client retention, revenues produced for their firms, and assets managed. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receives a fee in exchange for rankings. The latest Forbes rankings of Best-in-State Wealth Advisors was awarded in April of 2026 with data submitted in 2025. The Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisor was awarded in August of 2025, with data submitted in 2024.
