As Vice President of Business Development, Sal leads Rockline's growth and builds the client relationships that shape how the firm shows up in the market.

Sal began his career in the financial industry as a business development specialist for a data and research firm focused on Exchange Traded Funds. He spent seven years there, and during his tenure participated on panels and webinars across the financial industry. It's where he learned the importance of developing real client relationships and the value of being a team player in the overall growth of a firm.

Sal was raised in Howard Beach, Queens, and currently lives in Farmingdale with his wife and son. He comes from a family of seven brothers and sisters. In his free time, Sal loves to play golf and spend time with his family. He is an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees and Manchester City Football Club.
